  • Para eligible sa pag participate sa promotion nato bilang referrer o nag-refer ("Ang Referrer / Nag-Refer"), ikaw ay dapat isang Barkadahan Sa SmarTone SIM card user.
  • Referrer o nag-refer dapat i-share kanyang referral code assigned ni SmarTone sa person na gustong i-refer (“Referee o Ni-refer”). Ang ni-refer ay qualified o pwede mag participate sa MGM program na ito kung:
    2a) Ang referral code sinabmit within 7 days ng SIM Activation.
    2b) Ang ni-refer ay HINDI pa na register sa SmarTone o naging SmarTone ng at least 90 days bago sa SIM activation.
  • Referrer o nag refer at referee o ni-refer ay entitled sa Data Plan Bonus kapag:
    a) Referee nag subscribe o renew ng data plan sa loob ng 1 buwan, ang referee ay may $11 at kanyang nai-refer ay may $5;
    b) Referee ay nag E-Top Up sa loob din ng 1 buwan, ang referee ay may EXTRA $11 at kanyang nai-refer ay may $6
  • Mag Customers, kahit ikaw ay isang referrer o isa ring referee, pwede kang kumita ng Data Plan Bonus sa programa na ito hanggang 12 months na may monthly bonus limit na $44.
  • Ang makukuha mong Data Plan Bonus ay ike-credit sa loob ng 14 days ng coming month.
  • Ang mga rewards makukuha ni Referee o Nag-refer ay non-exchangeable o hindi pwede ipalit ng iba. SmarTone ay mag replace o palitan ang mga rewards ng ibang rewards without prior notice.
  • Participation in the referral program is subject to there being no abuse/non-compliance by the Referrers or Referees, otherwise SmarTone will deduct rewards without notice and/or take action to reclaim the redeemed rewards.
  • SmarTone may change the terms and conditions and/or modify/terminate the promotion without notice. SmarTone's decision is final.
  • While waiting to claim rewards or in the process of claiming rewards, Referrers and Referees must keep their Barkadahan Sa SmarTone SIM activated. If the service is terminated by the customer or SmarTone for any reason, all rewards will be forfeited without any form of refund.
